Services Overview

All Bright Cleaning provides professional residential cleaning services across 9 cities in the South Bay Area, including San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Cupertino, Campbell, Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Morgan Hill. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, maid services, move-in cleaning, and move-out cleaning.

By booking a service with All Bright Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Scheduling

All cleaning appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in a different time or date than originally requested. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred schedule.

Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided by All Bright Cleaning are estimates based on the information you supply at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the space at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payments.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will schedule a re-clean at no additional charge to address the specific areas of concern.

Property Access

If you will not be home during the cleaning, you may provide access via a key, lockbox, or security code. All access information is handled securely and is never shared with anyone outside of the assigned cleaning team. Keys and codes are stored in a secure manner and returned or deleted promptly when services are no longer needed.

Liability and Insurance

All Bright Cleaning is fully insured and bonded for your protection. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a cleaning session, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the situation. Our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, and does not extend to pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value that were not disclosed prior to service.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide the best possible service, we ask that customers:

  • Secure all valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable belongings before the cleaning team arrives.
  • - Contain pets in a safe area during the cleaning session for the safety of both the pets and the cleaning team.
  • - Provide clear and unobstructed access to the areas that need to be cleaned.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. No-shows without prior communication will be charged the full service fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email.

Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
